Integrative Therapy Massage

An effective yet gentle technique that hones in on the origin and insertion points of the muscles to generate a release without beating you up. Each session is a customized blend of modalities based on Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger point, Reflexology, and Myofascial Release techniques. Our sessions contribute to greater relaxation and assist with the management of chronic pain.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage**

This gentle technique assists with the decongestion and relaxation of tissue to help reduce pain. Manual lymphatic drainage increases lymphatic circulation and drains sluggish lymph nodes with the purpose of promoting balance of chemistry to help your organs function at their maximum potential. **Not currently available for post surgical treatments.
Ashiatsu Deep Pressure Massage

What is Ashiatsu Massage? Standing on the on the massage table, I use the weight of my body to massage with my feet. It sounds super weird – and I’m not walking on your back. Instead, my feet and weight allow me to apply even, gliding pressure to the body: no more pointy elbows digging into your back. The overhead parallel bars allow me to balance and control the pressure so I can really sink into your muscles and lighten up in more tender areas. If you’re a lover of the “deep tissue” massage, you’re going to love Ashi.
Reiki Massage

This slower paced massage both releases the physical tension in the muscles and includes pauses to clear and realign your energy. Your time will be divided between the massage session of your choice followed by deep reiki focus.

Two massage therapists provide side-by-side massages in the comfort of your own home. Prices begin at $400 for a 60-minute session.
